There is a balcony directly overlooking the marina. Just a few minutes level walk from the long sweeping golden sandy beach. The many shops, restaurants and indoor swimming pool are all close by. The marina offers opportunities for sailing as well as some beautiful walks along the Exe Estuary towards Lympstone. Exmouth's town centre and seafront are just a few minutes level walk.

Entrance with two flights of stairs leading to the second floor. Delightful spacious sitting room with dining area. Patio doors opening onto a balcony with superb views over the marina. Well equipped kitchen overlooking the marina. Spacious master bedroom with a king size bed.  A further single bedroom.  A bathroom with a shower over the bath shower hand basin and WC.

By car: Exmouth: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth. This leads on the A376 road down into Exmouth. Topsham: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth & turn off at the roundabout for Topsham.

By bus: Exmouth & Topsham: From Exeter take route number 57 to Exmouth & Topsham. Approximately 1 hour.

By train: Exmouth has a central train station with good connections. Topsham has a small train station that has a direct line to Exmouth & Exeter with good connections.

By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 20 minutes.

Our third visit to this apartment and we are likely to be back again. Ideal spot to explore the local area with everything we needed. The apartment itself was well equipped and benefitted from its own parking spot. Stunning location overlooking the marina. We made the most of the location with trips to rockfish and the river exe cafe, we also took part in an online ‘treasure trail’ around Exmouth which was great fun and began just 500 metres away. Bumble and Bee in manor gardens lovely fresh scones and we had a first trying an escape room nearby! Breakfast at mariners also a cheeky treat! Communication and booking was easy through sweetcombe. Must return to take part in the RNLI welly trail!
