Parking: There is unrestricted roadside parking on the quiet residential road adjacent to the property. There are also short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £25 through East Devon District Council online or at the machine in the car park- this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.

A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Locations nearby include East Devon Golf Club in the town, Bicton Botanical Gardens, Otterton Mill, Exmouth, Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve and Woodbury Castle, Sidmouth, Exeter City Centre, Killerton Gardens.
