Overview

Pebbles is a beautifully refurbished ground floor apartment, just a 5-10 minute walk to the High street & Beach. The town has a range of independant shops & cafes, the unique red cliffs and pebble beach make up this special part of the Jurassic Coast and the South West Coast Path. Budleigh Salterton is a traditional Devon fishing village with a tranquil beach, ideal for swimming.

The entrance hall has doors leading off into separate rooms.

There is an elegantly furnished sitting room with a large bay window looking out onto a small courtyard with garden table and chairs for guest use.

A well-equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, washing machine and microwave, along with a dining area seating three guests.

Bedroom 1: A master bedroom has a super king size bed and bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 2: A further bedroom with a single bed and hanging space.

A shower room with a walk-in shower, WC, and hand basin.

Parking: There is unrestricted roadside parking on the quiet residential road adjacent to the property. There are also short stay car parks off the high street, the long stay car park is Lime Kiln at the end of the sea front, a weekly ticket can be purchased for £25 through East Devon District Council online or at the machine in the car park- this ticket can be used for all EDDC car parks. There is also a free car park by the Public Hall (nearer than Lime Kiln and overnight parking allowed) and also a small car park behind the grocers in Brook Road.

A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants. Locations nearby include East Devon Golf Club in the town, Bicton Botanical GardensOtterton Mill, Exmouth, Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve and Woodbury Castle, Sidmouth, Exeter City Centre, Killerton Gardens.
