feature fireplace with an electric wood burner effect fire and
dining area for 4 guests.

high quality appliances and equipment with a social open plan

From the kitchen, stairs lead to
the first floor to a 'snug' with a desk, wardrobes and
a chair.
Bedroom 1: A
bedroom with twin beds, bedroom furniture & a
TV - this room can be made up as a king on
request.
Bathroom 1: A
beautiful, fully tiled shower room with sink and w.c.
Stairs lead to the second
floor.
Bedroom 2: A master bedroom with a
king size bed, TV and lovely views over the roof tops of
Sidmouth, this room does have sloping ceilings!

Outside Space: From the
kitchen, patio doors open out to really pretty enclosed
rear courtyard with beautiful cushions, outdoor plants and
comfortable furniture. Perfect for an al fresco supper or evening
glass of wine with this being a real suntrap for the afternoon and
evening sun.
PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill
Street car park just opposite the cottage.
If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is
located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min
walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the
EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in
all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).
Guests can explore
the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning
walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural
Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Seaton
Tramway are all nearby for fun filled days with the
kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing
to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby
local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and
restaurants, including Otterton Mill and The
Pig at Combe.
