Parking: There is private parking for three cars.

Garden: There is a front lawned garden with views over Sidmouth, plus a rear large patio. 

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as   The Pea Green Boat  and   Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches along the   South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to   The Donkey Sanctuary and   Pecorama.
