Number Three is a charming, semi-detached cottage in a lovely quiet area of Sidmouth on the edge of The Byes. A 10-15 minute walk down through the picturesque Byes National Trust riverside park leads to the town and seafront or walk from the door to join the South West Coast Path via beautiful woodland. Enjoy a wealth of independent shops, cafes and restaurants right from your doorstep, and explore the nearby towns along the Jurassic Coast such as Exmouth, Budleigh & Lyme Regis.
The private entrance leads into the open plan comfortably furnished sitting room with views over the front pretty cottage garden. A wall separates the well equipped kitchen with itegrated appliances and dining area to the rear.
Stairs lead from the dining area to two light airy bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king size bed and an outlook over the front garden and down The Byes.
Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has twin beds and an outlook over the River Sid below.
There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, separate bath, washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail.
At the back of the cottage there is a pretty courtyard with seating for four guests and plenty of space for a BBQ or drying beach towels.
Parking: There is off road private parking for 1 car at the front of the property.
EV charging: There is an EV charging point available as an extra for £25/week, please request this when booking.
Nearby attractions include the Norman Lockyer observatory, River Cottage HQ, The Donkey Sanctuary, Otterton Mill, Stuart Line Cruises, Seaton Tramway and RSPB Nature reserves. There are also delicious restaurants to taste the best of the South West Produce such as The Pea Green Boat, The Pig at Combe, The River Exe Cafe and Lympstone Manor.
