Number Three is a charming semidetached cottage next to the river Sid on the edge of The Byes in Sidmouth. It is a short walk down through the Byes National Trust parkland to the picturesque town and seafront or you can walk from the door to join the coastal path via beautiful woodland. Stroll up the Byes for a pub lunch at the Blue Ball.
Downstairs is open plan with a wall separating a comfortably furnished sitting room with a window overlooking a pretty garden to the kitchen and dining area. A well-equipped, fitted kitchen with integrated appliances. A dining area with a dining table and chairs with stairs leading up to the first floor. There are two light airy bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an outlook over the front garden and down The Byes. The second bedroom has twin beds and an outlook over the River Sid below. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath, washbasin, WC and a heated towel rail. At the back of the cottage there is a pretty courtyard with seating for four guests and plenty of space for a BBQ or drying beach towels. There is a private parking space at the front of the property.
