Number Seven is a lovely end of terrace property on the Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It has a courtyard garden and is just a two-minute walk to the Esplanade and town in Sidmouth.

Sidmouth & East Devon host an array of events throughout the year from Sidmouth Walking Festival & guided walks, Sidmouth Science Festival, Budleigh Salterton Literary Festival, Connaught-at-Christmas, Exeter Christmas Market and Sidmouth International Jazz & Blues Festival. During the first week of August Sidmouth hosts the annual; Folk Festival which really brings the town alive with folk music concerts, dancing, children's events and street performances.
