The large bright and airy sitting/dining room has access to a rear patio area which leads out on to a large shared garden. Mulberry Cottage is just a 5-minute level walk to the seafront, town centre, shops and restaurants; Mulberry Cottage is an immaculate and stylish town house situated in a quiet, sought after residential area of Sidmouth, with a large private parking space immediately in front of the property. This delightful cottage is very spacious for up to three guests, and it is beautifully presented with restful colour schemes throughout. Large patio doors lead to a patio with seating; and to the side a private shaded patio area with table and chairs. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one good size double with dual aspect over the garden. Extensive range of fitted wardrobes and shelves.
