Moor Cottage is a beautifully refurbished cottage with a modern twist in the pretty village of Otterton. This property benefits from a large sunny courtyard garden with comfortable seating, perfect for soaking up the summer sun.

Kitchen: Large modern kitchen with plenty of storage, 'Nespresso Vertuo Next' coffee machine and dining table to seat 6 guests.

Living area: Cosy front lounge with an L shaped sofa and smart TV.

Further rear living area with small sofa, smart TV and French doors to the garden.

Upstairs leads to 3 well-furnished bedrooms

Bedroom 1: King size bed, with dressing table, wardrobe and an ensuite shower room and WC.

Bedroom 2: Double bed with storage space and clothes rail.

Bedroom 3: Single bed with drawers underneath the bed and a clothes rail. This bed can be pulled out to make a double on request prior to your booking.

Family Bathroom: Bathroom with a bath with shower over and WC.

There is also a small room ideal for extra storage or a travel cot.

Outside Space: Large courtyard with outdoor seating and BBQ, further upper tiered lawn area.

Parking: Off road parking for 1 car. Unrestricted roadside parking in front of the cottage.

A perfect location for walking and birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the South West Coast Path or just relaxing. Few minutes' walk to the two local pubs and delightful Otterton Mill. Locations nearby include Woodbury Park & Golf Club, Bicton Botanical Gardens, Pebblebed Heaths National Nature Reserve, Crealy Adventure Park & Pecorama. Sidmouth, Exmouth, Exeter City Centre and Killerton Gardens are all within easy reach.
