Milliways Cottage

Milliways is a beautifully modernized end of row cottage that is quietly situated at the end of a pretty walkway in the heart of the town centre just a few minutes level walk to the shops and beach. The owners have prepared the cottage to a very high standard with many homely touches throughout. 

There is level access to the entrance hall and stairs to first floor.  Spacious, tastefully furnished living room with dining area. Oak wood effect flooring and Victorian style fireplace (not open). A very well equipped modern fitted kitchen with quality appliances. An enclosed patio area with garden furniture.  On the first floor there are two lovely bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with twin beds, both furnished with quality Oak fittings.  A spacious white bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. Nearby there is unrestricted roadside parking. Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 15-minute walk away. Tickets are £25.00 per week and cover all East Devon Council car parks. Please note that there is no vehicle access within 75 metres of the cottage. The benefit being, peace and quiet.
