Mermaid Cottage

Mermaid Cottage is situated in the heart of Sidmouth bordering the River Sid and within 200 yards of the seafront, shops, restaurants. The coastal path along the Jurassic Coast is also within walking distance leading along the cliffs to Branscombe and Budleigh Salterton. The cottage retains many original features of the Victorian period.

An entrance hall leads to a small, but cosy sitting room. There is a living room with a wide-open plan arch to a spacious, bright and airy kitchen with dining area and patio doors to south facing sitting area. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one large double and a spacious single with 4 ft bed. A white bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and WC.  A separate WC. On the second floor there is a spacious twin bedroom with a Velux "balcony" style window. There is a private allocated parking space on the car park next to the cottage.
