Lyme Bay Cottage is a delightful Victorian fisherman's terraced cottage beautifully presented with high quality furnishings throughout. It is located within the town centre in a quiet, level position opposite pretty gardens and the River Sid, with a path leading to Sidmouth seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play park and the main shopping area which has excellent restaurants.  The cottage is comfortably furnished with tasteful colour schemes throughout. 

There is a spacious, comfortably furnished sitting room/dining room with french doors leading to enclosed rear courtyard with bistro table and chairs.

There is a well equipped fitted kitchen with quality appliances.

Stairs lead on to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed overlooking the cliffs and river Sid and a second bedroom with twin beds. 

Quality spacious white bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. 

PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill Street car park just meters from the cottage.

If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).

Guests can explore the  Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in  Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at  Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
