Longtail Cottage

Longtail is a charming cottage located in the heart of Sidmouth town centre within a short level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and of course the beach with its long esplanade. The cottage has been completely refurbished to a very high standard with quality furnishings and tasteful colour schemes throughout. The owner has given much time and care to provide a top-quality holiday cottage which is a real delight to spend time in at any time of year. The owners leave a welcome gift containing local produce for you on arrival. 

ACCOMMODATION:

A comfortably furnished living room with feature fireplace and gas wood-effect stove and TV with Freeview Play. Good sized dining area with Oak table and leather seated chairs.

A very well equipped kitchen with granite worktops and the whole range of quality appliances and equipment you would expect. The back door leads to a really pretty enclosed rear courtyard with patio table and chairs, a real sun-trap for the afternoon and evening sun.

From the kitchen, stairs lead to the first floor

Bedroom 1: A beautiful and spacious double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and a small TV/DVD.

Bathroom: The bathroom is fitted with a shower over a shaped bath, an Edwardian style WC and handbasin.

Bedroom 2: On the second floor there is another spacious twin bedroom with lovely views to front and rear over the rooftops towards Peak Hill and Salcombe Hill. This room does have some sloping ceilings!

Games and a wide selection of books are available along with other little treats. 

Parking: There is a private parking space for one car next to the cottage for bookings with a booking date of 10th July 2023 onwards. 

No Smoking, either inside or in rear courtyard please.

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as  The Pea Green Boat  and  Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches along the  South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to  The Donkey Sanctuary and  Pecorama.
