This delightful 3-bedroom cottage is located on a quiet cul-de-sac on the outskirts of Sidmouth. The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for young families. That said, Sidmouth beach and the town itself is all within a short 7 minute drive so it's incredibly easy to get around.

Step through the front door into a welcoming hallway, with a fully equipped separate kitchen to the right, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. Across the hallway is a downstairs WC. Beyond the kitchen a door leads from the hallway to the open-plan living area which features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, creating a cosy space to unwind. Off the living room is an open plan dining area, with french doors out onto a private courtyard-ideal for alfresco dining or enjoying a morning coffee.

From the hallway, stairs lead to three well-appointed bedrooms:

Amaster bedroom with a king-size bed, storage space and ensuite bathroom with a shower & WC. 

A single bedroom 

A twin room with two single beds.

There is also a family bathroom with a shower over the bath & WC. 

Pets:  One small dog allowed

Parking: There is off-road parking for 2 cars. 

This Sidmouth holiday cottage is ideal for seaside breaks in East Devon. Guests can enjoy walking the South West Coast Path, relaxing on Sidmouth Beach, and exploring the town's independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. Explore nearby attractions such as The Donkey Sanctuary, Bicton Park and Crealy or enjoy adventures from Paddleboarding and cycling the Exe Estuary Trail.
