The property is located on the edge of the River Exe overlooking fields with the cycle trail nearby. You are only a 20-minute walk to the train station, long sandy beach and shops. Whether it is a short break with friends or family get together this house is perfect for a break away between coast and country. Guests who enjoy bird watching, water sports, hiking and cycling will particularly enjoy staying here as this is all on the doorstep.

There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing with Edge and Exewake to Golf at Exeter Golf & Country club. Exmouth, Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
