Kirrin cottage hosts an unrivalled position nestled in a quiet street, moments from the picturesque esplanade, wide sweeping beaches and the vibrant town centre. This two bedroomed, 19^th century fisherman's cottage has been beautifully restored, decorated in calming hues of coastal blues and greys, with brand-new modern furnishings throughout whilst retaining its charm and character. The cottage has an enclosed courtyard  to the rear. Quality linen and towels provided.

Lounge Diner:  A beautiful, spacious open plan lounge and dining area with a large, four seater sofa, comfortable armchair and original cast iron fireplace with a Smart TV & Wi-Fi. A light filled dining area, extendable oak table for four guests with French doors leading out onto a private courtyard and parking space. 

Kitchen:  Newly fitted, fully equipped kitchen with quality, integrated appliances (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, washing machine & Dolce Gusto De'Longhi coffee machine).

On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom: 

Bedroom 1: A beautifully airy and light main bedroom, king size bed, wardrobes and drawers, period fireplace and Smart TV.

Bedroom 2: The rear bedroom has twin beds overlooking the garden, wardrobe and drawers.

Bathroom: Newly appointed spacious bathroom with white suite; a large walk-in shower, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail - there is a step into the bathroom from the landing.

Outside Space:  An enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating for alfresco dining and lazy summer days. Outdoor showering facilities for hosing down surf boards and sandy seadogs! 

Parking: A private space at the rear of the property with direct rear access to the cottage.

Pets:  One small dog allowed

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path.  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Crealy and  Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.
