Kingfisher Cottage is a spacious,
beautifully refurbished town house with a private parking space,
situated close to the beach and town centre. The accommodation is
presented to the highest standard with tasteful and comfortable
furnishings throughout. There is a sheltered enclosed patio area at
the rear overlooking the River Sid. Every room is bright, airy and
spacious. The beach, seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's
play area, shops and cafes are just 200 yards walk away. The
footpaths overlooking the Lyme Bay coastline are easily reached
from the house.
There are two cosy, comfortably
furnished sitting rooms, both with a TV and one with electric wood
burner effect fire.
The spacious, well-equipped kitchen
has a dining area and a door to the rear
courtyard enclosed patio area with table and chairs
overlooking the River Sid.
Stairs lead to the first floor
where there are three bedrooms. Two
double bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with double bed
and one twin bedroom.
There is a bathroom with modern
white suite comprising bath, hand basin and W.C. Plus a further
shower room with hand basin and WC.
This property is a Victorian
cottage and has steep stairs and other steps between
rooms.Centrally heated throughout.
PARKING: This property has a permit for one space in the Mill
Street car park around 50m from the cottage.
If your party has further cars, the long stay car park is
located on Manor Road near Jacobs Ladder approximately 10-15 min
walk. 3-7 day digital permits can be purchased online through the
EDDC website or the RingGo parking app. These tickets are valid in
all East Devon District car parks (note maximum stay).

stunning walks in Areas of
Outstanding Natural Beauty and The
South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun
filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of
activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf
at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the
nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops,
cafes and restaurants, including Otterton
Mill and Lympstone
