Overview
Holmdale House is a fabulous, spacious completely modernised Victorian house, located in the heart of Sidmouth along a quiet walkway within 200 yards of the beach, shops, indoor swimming pool, cinema and theatre. The owner has taken great care and attention providing top quality furnishings and decor throughout. This is the perfect holiday cottage for any time of the year and has it's own private parking space.
Accommodation:
Entrance hall leading to a spacious living area with comfortable seating, feature fireplace with electric fire, smart TV and dining area.
Well equipped kitchen with utility room and downstairs cloakroom with WC.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and fitted wardrobes. And a second good size single bedroom.
The family bathroom on the first floor has a large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
On the second floor the third bedroom has twin beds with dormer window & smart TV.
The rear enclosed south facing courtyard has patio furniture with potted shrubs and a hose, access through the rear gate makes washing muddy boots & dogs easy.
Parking: There is a private parking space for one car on the Mill Street car park.
Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
