Heathgate House Apartment is a luxury self-catering apartment on the outskirts of the picturesque seaside town of Budleigh Salterton in East Devon, one of the most beautiful areas of the South West. The apartment has been recently refurbished and is decorated to a high standard. It is just a short walk from the South West Coastal path which follows the Jurassic Coast and only 15 minutes drive from the M5 at Exeter.
From the entrance hall a door leads to the superb open plan lounge and kitchen with comfortable seating and dining area.
The bedroom is off the entrance hall and consists of a king size bed which can be made as two singles on request. The bed is made up of fine cotton bed linen, hollow fibre pillows, a duvet, and an additional bedspread plus a wall-mounted flat-screen TV.
There is an en-suite luxury bathroom with a shower over the bath.
The friendly owners live next door and provide a small welcome pack of tea, coffee & milk on arrival.
Outside Space: Accessed from the kitchen is a private enclosed garden with outdoor seating, perfect for al-fresco dining.
Parking: There is private parking for 1 car outside the property

Budleigh Salterton is an unspoilt seaside town, where the River Otter meets the sea, with a thriving high street full of individual and interesting shops and beautiful mile long pebble beach, fringed by the dramatic red cliffs which form part of the Jurassic Coast, a World Heritage Site. Budleigh offers a wealth of things to do, whether you like to stroll along Marine Parade, drink coffee at the Longboat cafe, watch for rare birds on the River Otter estuary or make use of local cycleways and riding school. Nearby, Otterton Mill offers a delicious range of home-cooked lunches and snacks and a chance to view work by local craftspeople. Hayes Barton, the birthplace of Sir Walter Raleigh is also nearby and the historic cathedral city of Exeter is but a short journey away. Less than 5 minutes away is East Devon Golf Course one of the finest and respected golf courses in the UK.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road take the B3178 from Newton Poppleford towards Budleigh Salterton.
By bus: From Exeter bus route number 58 goes to Budleigh Salterton. Approximately 1.30 hours.
By train: The closest train station is Exmouth. Approximately 15 minutes.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes.
