Gull Cottage

Gull Cottage is a beautifully presented bright, airy accommodation with comfortable furnishings throughout. The shops, pubs and indoor swimming pool are just two minutes level walk away with the coast path accessible from the town.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with comfortable seating for four guests with an electirc fire.

A dining area to seat 4 guests.

A fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and the back door which leads outside to a small patio area.

Stairs (slightly steep with a hand rail on both sides) lead to the first floor where there are two delightful double bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: has a king size bed, TV and built in wardrobe and is at the front of the property

A newly fitted fully tiled bathroom room with a bath, separate shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. 

There are some roads nearby where there is unrestricted roadside parking.  Manor Road's long stay car park is a 15 minute walk away, Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon car parks, there are EDDC short stay car parks within meters of the property with no restrictions for overnight parking.

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path.  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Crealy and  Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.
