Gull Cottage

Gull Cottage is a beautifully presented bright, airy accommodation with comfortable furnishings throughout. The shops, pubs and indoor swimming pool are just two minutes level walk away with the coast path accessible from the town.

Ground Floor

There is a spacious living room with comfortable seating for four guests with an electirc fire.

A dining area with spacious seating.

A fully equipped kitchen with integrated appliances and the back door which leads outside to a small patio area.

Stairs (slightly steep with a hand rail on both sides) lead to the first floor where there are two delightful double bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: has a double bed and built in wardrobe and is at the front of the property 

Bedroom2: has a double bed. 

A newly fitted fully tiled bathroom room with a bath, shower cubicle, WC and hand basin. 

There are some roads nearby where there is unrestricted roadside parking.  Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

The town of Sidmouth has many interesting things to do and places to visit. The surrounding area has days out and activities for the whole family to enjoy.
