Overview
Grace Darling is a delightful, peaceful and quiet cosy cottage which is a wing of an old coastguard house on the lower slopes of Salcombe hill with lovely sea views.
Sidmouth town centre and esplanade are just a ten-minute walk down the coastal path, a little longer coming back!
The Pump house Ref 123 is also in the grounds of Grace Darling for those wishing to have two properties close together.
Ground floor:

A comfortably furnished sitting room.
There is a ground floor cloakroom with WC.
First floor
Bedroom 1: a large room with a king size bed and wash basin with lovely views out to sea and over the Sid Valley.
Bedroom 2: a small single room with a wash basin and pleasant views over the Sid Valley.
Shower room with walk in shower and W.C.
There are two paved patio areas, one at the front, the second at the rear with direct sea views.
Private parking for 1 car- you can conveniently park your car immediately adjacent to the front patio on the private driveway of the house.
Please note there is no electric car charging permitted.
Nearby attractions include the Norman Lockyer observatory, River Cottage HQ, The Donkey Sanctuary, Otterton Mill, Stuart Line Cruises, Seaton Tramway and RSPB Nature reserves. There are also delicious restaurants to taste the best of the South West Produce such as The Pea Green Boat, The Pig at Combe, The River Exe Cafe and Lympstone Manor. The historical city of Exeter is a short drive or bus ride away with its beautiful Cathedral and large shopping centre.
