Grace Darling is a delightful, peaceful and quiet cosy cottage which is a wing of an old coastguard house on the lower slopes of Salcombe hill having lovely sea views. Sidmouth town centre and esplanade are just a ten-minute walk down the coastal path, a little longer coming back!  The Pump house Ref 123 is also in the grounds of Grace Darling for those wishing to have two properties close together.

Fitted oak galley style kitchen with dining table, and a sitting room comfortably furnished. There is a ground floor cloakroom with WC. On the first floor is one large room with a king size bed and wash basin. Lovely views out to sea and over the Sid Valley. Small single room with pleasant views over the Sid Valley. Wash basin. To the front and rear are paved patio areas with direct sea views at the rear. Private parking for 1 car- you can conveniently park your car immediately adjacent to the front patio on the private driveway of the house.
