NEW COTTAGE APRIL 2023
Four Seasons Cottage is a top quality, spacious semi detached house with a private under cover parking space, situated in a quiet residential area in the centre of Sidmouth.
ACCOMMODATION:
The private entrance leads into the hallway
Bedroom 1: A large bedroom with a superking bed (can be made up as a twin on request at the time of booking), bedroom furniture and TV.
Bathroom: An ensuite shower room with a sink, W.C and walk in shower.
From the hall, a flight of stairs leads to the open plan living area with comfy sofa's, TV with Sky access and dining area with a kitchen and integrated appliances.
There is a small balcony accessible from the living area with seating for two guests. Perfect to enjoy an al fresco supper.
On the same floor there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: A bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom: An ensuite bathroom with a sink, W.C and shower over the bath.
PARKING: Private off-street parking for one small/ medium size car adjacent to the cottage, with a gate which must be closed once a car is inside. Please contact us for exact dimensions of the space if needed.
Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great restaurants such as The Pea Green Boat and Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches along the South West Coat Path to day trips with the kids to The Donkey Sanctuary and Pecorama.
