Crooked House is a spacious terraced Victorian house situated in a quiet area of the town centre, overlooking the River Sid. Just a few minutes level walk from the beach, children's play park, indoor swimming pool, coastal path, shops and pubs. The accommodation is beautifully presented and has a newly fitted solid oak hand -made kitchen with granite tops. The house is comfortably furnished with tasteful colour schemes throughout.
An entrance hall leads into a large sitting room with leather sofas and a dining area. There are patio doors to rear patio area with patio furniture and parasol.
The separate kitchen has handmade oak kitchen units with a range master double oven, integrated appliances and breakfast area.
Stairs from the entrance hall lead to three well furnished bedrooms.
The master bedroom facing the River Sid, has a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC. The twin bedroom has a wash basin. The double bedroom has a king size bed.
There is a family bathroom with stone tiled floor and walls, shower over bath, hand basin and WC.
PARKING: There is private secure parking for 1 car behind wooden gates on the driveway.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
