The National Trust riverside walk, "The Byes" and park are also within a few minutes walk. The accommodation is spacious, bright and airy with comfortable and tasteful furnishings and colour schemes throughout. The property has high quality fittings in the kitchen and bathroom.

On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and one with a single bed. A bathroom with white suite and a shower over the bath, W.C. Outside there is a small sitting area at both the front and back. Private parking next to the property for one car.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
