Connaught Cottage is a spacious semi-detached town house that is situated in a quiet residential area within a few minutes short level walk of the shops and esplanade. The property is spacious and comfortably furnished with the advantage of an enclosed garden and off-road private parking for two cars.
An entrance hall with stairs leads to the first floor. There is a s mall but well equipped kitchen and a separate dining room. Cloakroom with WC. Cosy, comfortably furnished living room with a wood burner. French doors lead to a pretty enclosed south facing garden with garden furniture which can also accessed from the side entrance. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a double bed, and a third bedroom with a double bed. There is a tiled bathroom with an electric shower over the bath and a separate W.C.
By car: From the A3052 Exeter to Lyme Regis road at the Bowd Inn take the B3175 turning towards Sidmouth.
By bus: From Exeter bus station take number 9 bus to Sidmouth Triangle. Approximately 50 minutes.
By train: The closest train station is Honiton. Approximately 15 minutes away.
By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 30 minutes
