Cobblestone Cottage is a welcoming holiday let in the charming Newtown area of Sidmouth, making it an excellent choice for families looking for a relaxed Devon seaside escape. Its location allows easy access to Sidmouth town centre, beaches and local attractions, making it a great base for exploring East Devon. 

Layout:

Enter through the front door into the spacious open-plan lounge and dining area, creating a sociable space for families to relax after a day exploring Sidmouth. The lounge features comfortable seating for four guests and a large Smart TV. The adjoining dining area includes a table with seating for four.

To the rear of the property is a modern kitchen, fully equipped for preparing meals. From the kitchen there is access to a large enclosed courtyard, which provides outdoor seating for relaxing or dining in warmer months. The courtyard also includes a convenient outside toilet.

Bedroom 1 - Master Bedroom
A comfortable master bedroom featuring a king-size bed, chest of drawers and hanging space.

Bedroom 2 - Twin Room
A bright twin bedroom with two single beds, chest of drawers and additional hanging space on the back of the door.

Room 3 - Cosy Room
This room features a single sofa bed available on request (£50) and can also work perfectly as a cot room or children's reading/play space, complete with toys and books.

Bathroom- The bathroom includes a shower, WC and wash basin.

Note: There are landing steps between the bedrooms at the top of the stairs, There is a step up into the shower.

Parking: Nearby there is unrestricted roadside parking or the long stay car park is a 15-minute walk away at Manor Road Car Park weekly tickets are £25.00 per week and cover all East Devon Council car parks.

From the cottage you can easily reach Sidmouth Beach, Swimming Pool, Play Park, Jacob's Ladder, Connaught Gardens and the scenic South West Coast Path, all perfect for family walks and seaside adventures.
