The property directly overlooks the Marina with view towards to the estuary. The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. The property is stylishly furnished in a modern style with co-ordinating colour schemes throughout.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with two single push together beds, French doors opening onto Juliet balcony with Marina and estuary views and fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.  A luxury en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath, hand basin and WC.  A double bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers.  A luxury fully tiled shower room with large shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. On the second floor a delightful sitting room with Oak flooring, vaulted ceiling and large picture window with French doors opening onto balcony directly overlooking the marina and estuary.  A spacious double bedroom with twin push together beds and fitted wardrobe with chest of drawers.

Unfortunately Clipper Wharf does not accept children under 5 years old.
