The Cider Cottage, is Grade II listed and has just been new refurbished, retaining much charm and character with stylish furnishings and colour schemes throughout.

The cottage forms separate self-contained accommodation next to the Old Farmhouse thatched cottage which also offers B & B (ideal if you have extra family for a day or two). Just a short walk to the town centre, sea front and the South West Coastal Path, this makes a lovely base for exploring the area.

From the parking area a footpath leads to the entrance door.

There is an open plan kitchen and living area with a dining table plus a breakfast bar with stools.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a king size bed, en-suite shower and W.C.

Plus a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with W.C.

There is a large pretty enclosed private patio area with garden furniture. 

Unfortunately this property doesn't accept children under 5. 

There is private off road parking on the drive which can fit two cars one behind the other. 

Guests can explore the   Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in   Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and  The South West Coast Path.  The Donkey Sanctuary,  Crealy and  Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at   Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including  Otterton Mill and  Lympstone Manor.
