Overview

Budleigh Burrow is a spacious Victorian terrace house, tastefully furnished to a high standard. It is just a 10-15 minute walk away from Budleigh beach and The South West Coast Path, it is the perfect retreat to 'escape the real world'. Budleigh Salterton is a traditional Devon fishing village with a tranquil pebble beach and unique red cliffs, ideal for swimming, fishing and paddleboarding.

ACCOMMODATION:

An entrance door leads from the porch into the open plan living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV and electric fireplace. The large dining table seats 6 guests.

Three steps lead down to the kitchen, with integrated appliances and plenty of storage space.

There is a downstairs WC beyond the kitchen adjacent to the rear courtyard door.

Stairs lead from the dining area to 3 furnished bedrooms.

Bedroom 1: A master bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedroom furniture.

Bedroom 2: A single bedroom with a 4ft bed

Bedroom 3: A single bedroom with a 4ft bed 

Bathroom: Shower, basin and WC.

Outside space: There is a private courtyard at the rear with pretty shrubs and outside furniture.

Parking: There is free unrestricted roadside parking outside the property.

A perfect location for walking, swimming, golf, art, fishing, birdwatching along the River Otter, exploring the Jurassic Coast or just relaxing. A 10-15 minutes' walk to local shops, cafes, and restaurants.
