Overview

Forming part of a prestigious Regency style building just off Sidmouth seafront within a short, level walk to the shops, cricket field and beach. 

An entrance lobby leads into a spacious tastefully furnished sitting room with dining area. There is a large bay window ideal for watching the world go by. A bedroom with two 4' double beds. A bathroom with shower over the bath, hand basin and W.C. Outside there is a patio area (facing station road). Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is about a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks. There is also a private car park opposite the property where you can purchase a weekly ticket (prices vary).
