Forming part of a prestigious Regency style building just off Sidmouth seafront within a short, level walk to the shops, cricket field and beach. 

This property is situated on the ground floor, the entrance lobby leads into a spacious tastefully furnished sitting room with dining area. There is a large bay window ideal for watching the world go by. 

Off the dining area is a separate kitchen

To the rear of the property is a bedroom with two 4' double beds.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath, hand basin and W.C.

Outside there is a patio area (facing station road). 

Parking: Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is about a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks. There is also a private car park opposite the property where you can purchase a weekly ticket (prices vary).

Sidmouth is a brilliant base for any age of guest, enjoy delicious food at great retaurants such as The Pea Green Boat to Lympstone Manor. Explore a range of activities on offer from nearby beaches off the South West Coat Path to day trips to The Donkey Sanctuary and Seaton Tramway. There is paddleboarding & kayaking available over the summer from Sidmouth beach or enjoy a round of golf at Sidmouth or Honiton Golf Club.
