It is a level walk into Exmouth town centre, with easy access to the train station and the Exe cycle trail. The detached property has beautiful views on the marina, over to Dawlish Warren and the Exe estuary. The estuary is a wonderful area at any time of year for bird watching, water sports, walking, cycling or simply admiring the ever-changing view and the stunning sunsets.

Further stairs lead to a master bedroom with a king size bed and French doors that lead out onto a balcony.  Adjacent to this bedroom is a shower room with a WC.  There is also an additional cosy sitting room on this floor, with Juliet balcony and offering more views over the marina. Private parking for one car on an allocated space next to the property. There is additional long-term public parking 5 minutes from the property in Camperdown Terrace. By car: Exmouth: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth. This leads on the A376 road down into Exmouth. Topsham: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth & turn off at the roundabout for Topsham.

By bus: Exmouth & Topsham: From Exeter take route number 57 to Exmouth & Topsham. Approximately 1 hour.

By train: Exmouth has a central train station with good connections. Topsham has a small train station that has a direct line to Exmouth & Exeter with good connections.

By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 20 minutes.

Beacon House suited us well,lovely views,very clean.We love Exmouth and were able to feel safe in difficult timesOnly downside was we couldn't park our car in garage,due to several bikes being in it.If four of us came in two cars it would have been difficult. It did say parking for two cars!!
