Overview

Beach Walk is a spacious first floor apartment for two, and is an ideal base for exploring Sidmouth and the many surrounding towns and villages. The buses stop close by so a car is not essential.  Situated in the heart of Sidmouth town centre, Beach Walk is within a short 2-minute level walk of the beach and, shops. The cricket club, tennis courts, bowls, croquet and award-winning gardens are nearby. There are water sports such as kayaking and paddle boarding available in the summer, fabulous coastal walks along the famous Jurassic coast offer stunning views at any time of the year. Sidmouth has a wealth of lovely individual shops, restaurants and cafes where you will receive a warm welcome. 

There is level, easy access via the lift from the parking area to the first floor where there is level access to the apartment. The entrance hall leads into a lovely spacious sitting room with a dining area.  There is a well-equipped modern fitted kitchen with a breakfast bar. There is a good size bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe, ample storage and a TV.  Modern white bathroom with a mains shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Private secure parking space for one small car, the space is 2 meters wide.
