From the balcony It has a wonderful view to be enjoyed of the estuary and out to sea, the guests can enjoy watching the world go by. The apartment is ideally located to explore all the amenities and beaches that Exmouth and the surrounding areas have to offer. The property is located on the second floor of the building complex and access can be gained either by lift or stairs, the accommodation has a modern feel throughout.

The town centre with excellent shops and restaurants is just a short walk away. There is a delightful sandy beach just behind the property on the Exe Estuary with the main beach just a few minutes level walk away. Excellent range of sport and leisure pastimes with fishing trips, walks along the estuary, bird watching, cycle path to Topsham and beyond, golf, tennis and indoor swimming pool are all close by. Exmouth is very easy to get to by public transport, the train station is only a 15-minute level walk to the Marina, or we can recommend a taxi. Once here the area is easy to explore, or just sit and admire the view!

The beautifully furnished accommodation is open plan and comprises a spacious living/dining area with patio doors leading to a large balcony overlooking the estuary and out to sea.

A kitchen area with an archway into the bedroom area with a king size bed and bedroom furniture.

There is a spacious bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC.

Parking: There is parking for 1 car on the private car park adjacent to the apartment building.

Situated just off the Exe trail cycle/walking route and South West Coast Path, with easy access to Exeter canal and only a minutes' walk from two miles of sandy beach. It's the perfect base for a couple or solo traveller looking to explore Exmouth and beyond. Enjoy brilliant restaurants nearby such as Michael Caines restaurant 'Mickeys' on Exmouth seafront or hop on a water taxi to the River Exe Cafe. Guests can enjoy nearby activities such as water sports with Edge & Exewake, bird watching from Seaton tram or a boat trip with Stuart Line Cruises for a different view of the Jurassic Coast.

By car: Exmouth: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth. This leads on the A376 road down into Exmouth. Topsham: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth & turn off at the roundabout for Topsham.

By bus: Exmouth & Topsham: From Exeter take route number 57 to Exmouth & Topsham. Approximately 1 hour.

By train: Exmouth has a central train station with good connections. Topsham has a small train station that has a direct line to Exmouth & Exeter with good connections.

By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 20 minutes.
