Overview

As the name suggests, there are panoramic views out to sea, over towards the cricket pitch, croquet lawn, and golf course. Only a short walk from Jacob's Ladder and Sidmouth Theatre. The accommodation is beautifully furnished with much thought and care given to comfort and colour schemes. The apartment is conveniently situated near excellent restaurants and shops which are just a few minutes' walk away.

Stairs to first floor. Entrance hall. Bright and spacious sitting room with dining area and a gas effect fire. Stunning sea views in a south westerly direction. A good size and well-equipped fitted kitchen. A delightful bedroom with a king size bed to the front with sea views. A fully tiled shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC.  Short flight of stairs to rear twin bedroom. Private reserved parking space opposite the apartment on the Bedford Car Park.

The apartment was clean, comfortable and very well equipped. It's location and the benefit of reserved car parking was an added bonus. However we were disappointed when we first arrived - the staircase in front of us had 22 steps to climb with luggage/shopping etc, which was not easy for 2 persons of 75+ years, the stairs themselves were also dirty, which was off putting. We feel the description of the apartment needs to be more detailed. Would suit younger age group.
