What lovely surroundings Bamford Barn is situated within. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and meet the various animals including ducks, goats, and chickens. It was lovely to meet Kathryn and Ian and learn the fascinating history and the restoration details of all the properties. It was obviously a project of passion. A welcome “Tea Tray” is provided for arriving guests. There is an enclosed seating area for guests to use and enjoy the sights and sounds of the farm. The en-suite bedroom has beautiful views of the surrounding areas. Perfect to enjoy a morning cup of tea in bed.

Overview
Bamford Barn is a newly converted semi detached barn, once used for a corn milling using a Bamford mill! It has been transformed into high quality holiday accommodation on Roundball farm which has been in the same family for four generations and is still a working farm. The owners, Ian & Kathryn live next door in the farmhouse and are always on hand to give advice and help. Guests are welcome to walk around the farm and see the cows, calves, chickens, ducks and goats. Roundball Farm is located along a quiet country lane just off the centre of Wiggaton which is a hamlet in between Sidmouth and Ottery St Mary. Ideal for exploring this part of Devon with many local walks from the property, including the Coleridge link and the nearby East Devon Way.
ACCOMMODATION:
The entrance leads in to a spacious, farmhouse style kitchen with dining table and open plan living room with a smart TV.
Downstairs cloakroom with WC.
Stairs from living area to first floor lead to the master bedroom with a king size bed and lovely outlook over surrounding countryside.
En-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and separate bath, hand basin and WC.
Outside there is a pretty sitting area overlooking the fields. The fields surrounding the farm are available for the guests to explore.

This property is next door to The Teddy House Ref 402 & Guernsey Cottage Ref 423, each can be booked individually or as one under Roundball Farm Ref 532 to sleep 13 guests.
This is the perfect location for a holiday to remember, relax in the blissfull countryside or explore the nearby towns and beaches. There are delicious nearby restaurants such as The Golden Lion in Tipton St John and The Pig at Combe.
