The property has been lovingly renovated to a high standard with top quality furnishings throughout and tasteful colour schemes. There is a delightful enclosed ornamental style patio garden with the "Bickwell Brook" gently trickling through it.

The hall has easy stairs to first floor.  On the ground floor there is a very well-equipped kitchen with beech effect units. South facing conservatory with seating and dining area. French doors to garden.  Superb beautifully furnished sitting room with solid oak floor, leather sofas, oak furniture and a wood burner style electric fire. Bathroom with bath, large separate shower cubicle and W.C.  On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one good size double with a dual aspect and a king size bed. Oak bedroom furniture & shower cubicle.  Twin bedroom, again with oak furniture.  Cloakroom on landing with WC and hand basin. Private parking for one vehicle on a narrowish drive adjacent to the house. There is also unrestricted roadside parking on Cotmaton Road.
