Enjoy unrivalled sea views over Sidmouth cricket field from this newly refurbished apartment with luxury furnishings throughout. Much care and thought has been given in making this a superb holiday apartment to stay in at any time of the year. Step outside and you are within a level walk of the lovely individual shops, restaurants, pubs and the beach with its long esplanade. 

A few external steps lead through to the lift to the 2nd floor. The lift takes you diretly to the front door of the property. A hall leads through to the spacious, bright, airy and beautifully furnished living area with two comfortable sofas, smart TV, art work and antique dining suite. The 'reading corner' benefits from a further armchair enjoying sea views. A further snug with one sofa. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms, one good sized twin with plenty of storage space and room for a cot. The master bedroom with sea views has a king size bed and plenty of storage space. The bright family bathoom has a walk in shower, WC and wash basin.  A residents/visitors parking permit (supplied at the property) allows parking in front of the terrace, however this does not guarantee a parking space at all times. For additional parking, Jacob's Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.

All the artworks in the property are original works made by the owner who is an artist and art teacher.They are mostly oils on canvas which are inspired by the Devon coast.There are also watercolours and monoprints.The artworks on display will be constantly changing and will not necessarily be as shown in the photographic descriptions as they may either be taken for exhibitions or may have been sold.  A descriptive list and titles of work will be available at the property.
