One south facing with a king size bed, and second bedroom with a single bed plus a pull-out full adult-size guest bed that can be made up on request.  Lovely bathroom with bath, separate shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. Unrestricted roadside parking opposite the property and to the side. Alternatively, Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
