This is the perfect property for a couple or a family holiday. The property is in the ideal location for exploring Devon with many places to visit within easy reach. Guests can explore the  Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in  Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast PathThe Donkey SanctuaryCrealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at  Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.

Beautiful house with plenty of space for 4 adults, 2 children and our dog. Pleased there was a utility room where the dog could sleep at night. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom great for my 89yr old Mum. Conservatory with games lovely for our 9yr and 13yr old foster children. Lovely garden, didn't use room and seating area as still cool and rainy during Easter break. Comfortable lounge and dining area with a well equipped kitchen. Piano, guitar and a telescope nice touch. We all loved the house.
