The south facing balcony has a lovely aspect directly onto the marina giving a constantly changing scene to watch. The marina has a cafe bar, and small selection of shops, the main shops in Exmouth are about a 15-minute level walk. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk as is the delightful estuary walk and cycle track to Topsham.
