Situated in a much sought-after marina development right on the Exe   Estuary, a renowned nature reserve.  The south facing balcony has a lovely aspect directly onto the marina giving a constantly changing scene to watch.  The marina has a cafe bar, and small selection of shops, the main shops in Exmouth are about a 15-minute level walk. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk as is the delightful estuary walk and cycle track to Topsham.

By car: Exmouth: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth. This leads on the A376 road down into Exmouth. Topsham: From the M5 motorway exit at Exeter follow the signs down the dual carriageway to Exmouth & turn off at the roundabout for Topsham.

By bus: Exmouth & Topsham: From Exeter take route number 57 to Exmouth & Topsham. Approximately 1 hour.

By train: Exmouth has a central train station with good connections. Topsham has a small train station that has a direct line to Exmouth & Exeter with good connections.

By plane: The closest airport is Exeter International. Approximately 20 minutes.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean & well equipped. Plenty to see going on in the Marina, so despite the weather, we were entertained by all the activities in the Marina. Perfect location for seafront or town & great transport links, didn't use the car all week. Very nice pubs nearby too, can recommend the Beach.
