The south facing balcony has a panoramic aspect directly onto the marina giving a constantly changing scene to watch. The marina has a cafe bar, and small selection of shops, the main shopping centre in Exmouth are about a 15-minute level walk. The long sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk as is the delightful estuary walk and cycle track to Topsham. The railway station with the M & S food hall is a 10-minute level walk for those using public transport.  

 5 Sailmakers Court is a first-floor apartment accessed via a lift or stairs. An entrance hall with a cloakroom.  A delightful south facing open plan living room and dining area with patio doors leading to a large balcony with patio furniture. A well-equipped kitchen with integrated appliances.  A double bedroom with a king size bed, fitted bedroom furniture and outlook over the marina.  A second bedroom with a single bed and outlook over the marina. A bathroom suite with a shower over the bath and W.C.
