This west facing property directly overlooks the Exe Estuary with its ever changing vista and fabulous sunsets. There is direct access from the enclosed patio area onto the Estuary and beach (at low tide). The Exe Estuary is a magnificent area at any time of the year for bird watching, water sports, walking, riding bikes on the newly open cycle trail or simply doing nothing but look at the view. The property is stylishly furnished in a modern style with co-ordinating colour schemes throughout.




From the parking area there is level access to the property. Enclosed rear patio style garden benefitting from the morning sun. Ample storage for kayak or bikes. Entrance hall. From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina. 



28th November 2018- "Treated by our brother & his wife to a peaceful charming, relaxing get away. We shared time together with our mum, also from Australia, and had our first pebble beach experience at Budleigh. The house offers all the comforts of staying by the sea and much more. Many memories made to cherish."


20th November 2018- "An amazing holiday entertaining several friends. Views, as always, changing by the minute. The Point continues to improve from days of old. Lympstone Manor is certainly up to its Michelin star standard, a great treat. The flat is perfect, thank you."
