The Point is a superb, brand new luxury second floor waterside apartment occupies a truly enviable position adjacent to the Exmouth Marina, boasting uninterrupted and far reaching views of the Esplanade and the renowned Exe Estuary with its ever-changing scenery. Exmouth is a charming traditional English sea-side holiday destination which is easily accessed by road from the M5 or by the railway into the town, and offers a variety of local all-year-round activities such as walking, cycling, bird watching, sailing, kiting, fishing or simply relaxing. The exceptional outlook combined with the cosy features make this a perfect retreat in any season. Kick off your shoes to fully appreciate the under floor heating beneath the oak living room flooring and carpeted bedrooms. Exmouth has an excellent selection of shops, restaurants and inns within a short level walk, although you probably won't want to stray too far from the sunny, south facing balcony! A lovely cream tea of fresh scones, jam and Devon clotted cream awaits your arrival. (not gluten free or suitable for vegans).

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION:  

Access via lift or stairs to second floor to an entrance hall leading into a light and airy open plan living room with floor to ceiling windows and patio doors leading to large balcony directly overlooking the estuary and beach. There is an open plan luxury kitchen with NEF appliances, dining area and separate balcony. A master bedroom with a luxury super-king size bed and views of the estuary and an en-suite bathroom with bath, walk-in rain shower and W.C. The twin bedroom has a people-watching outlook with partial Marina views. Family bathroom with shower over bath, hand basin and WC. Energy efficient quality Kawneer windows and patio doors provide excellent heat and noise insulation.
