Grasmere is a spacious, Grade II listed elegant Victorian villa situated in the heart of Sidmouth, just a few minutes level walk from the town centre and esplanade with wide sweeping pebble beach which is sandy with rock pools at low tide. The property has a south facing, enclosed patio style garden and private parking area for 1 car. The house has been lovingly prepared with tasteful, soothing colour schemes throughout.Many original features have been retained including high ceilings with ornate coving, large sash windows furnishings in keeping with the period of the property. 



Entrance hall with original tiled floor and stairs leading to upper floors. Beautiful living room with comfortable sofas and arm chairs. Feature fireplace with gas fire. Dining room with family dining table and grand piano for those who play. Spacious kitchen/breakfast room with French doors leading to large enclosedpatio style garden with garden furniture. Storage for bicycles etc. Rear access leading to a private parking space suitable for one vehicle. On the first floor there are two spacious double bedrooms.  On the first floor is a spacious modern white bathroom suite with shower over bath, toilet and hand basin. Stairs to second floor.Two further double bedrooms. Shower room with shower cubicle, hand basin and WC. The pretty, south facing patio garden is a real sun trap, perfect for spending lazy days.  There is a large table and garden chairs.

Short Breaks are available from the end of October half term to the start of the Easter school holidays, or at the owners' discretion for a last minute booking at other times of the year. Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
