The property has a south facing, enclosed patio style garden and garage. The house has been lovingly prepared with tasteful, soothing colour schemes throughout with brand new beautiful furnishings throughout.  Many original features have been retained including ornate coving, large sash windows and feature fireplaces.



An entrance hall with stairs leading to upper floors. A beautiful living room with comfortable sofas, arm chairs and a feature fireplace with gas wood burner style fire. Archway to dining area with round oak table. A spacious kitchen/breakfast room with French doors leading to a large enclosed  patio style garden with garden furniture. Storage for bicycles etc. Rear access leading to a private garage suitable for one vehicle. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed, high quality furniture and one twin bedroom.  On the first floor there is a modern white bathroom suite with walk in shower, toilet, bath and hand basin. Also a separate toilet WC.  Stairs to second floor where there is a lovely spacious king size bedroom and further king size bedroom.  A Newly installed shower room with large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. The pretty, south facing patio garden is a real sun trap, perfect for spending lazy days.
