About this property

Seabreeze Cottage is a spacious, beautifully presented end of row cottage with quality furnishings throughout. It is located within the town centre in a quiet, level position opposite pretty gardens and the River Sid. There is a path leading to Sidmouth seafront, indoor swimming pool, children's play park and the main shopping area which has excellent restaurants.

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: 

There is a hall with stairs to the first floor.A spacious, comfortably furnished sitting room/dining room, with Oak effect flooring, comfortable leather sofa and Oak dining suite. French doors leading to enclosed rear courtyard with outside sitting area. A fitted kitchen with quality appliances. On the first floor there are two good size bedrooms, one with a king size bed overlooking the cliffs and river Sid and a second bedroom with twin beds. A spacious fully tiled shower room with a floor level walk in shower, hand basin and WC.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION:  

Changeover day: Saturday

Wifi: Yes

Pets: Accepted at £25 per week

Parking: Unrestricted roadside parking in front of the cottage or the Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 15 minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks. 

Towels: Available to hire at £8 per set 

Appliances: TV, DVD , Hi fi, hair dryer and TV's in both bedrooms.

Kitchen Utilities: Gas hob, electric oven, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Microwave.

Child amenities: Travel Cot and high chair
