Middle Mead is a spacious, bright and sunny detached house located in a quiet residential area ofEast Budleigh.This pretty East Devon village sits on the edge of Woodbury Common Nature Reserve and is just a five minute drive to the coastal town of Budleigh Salterton on the Jurassic Coast.East Budleigh has a thriving village community with excellent pub, and village shop run by local volunteers, always good for a friendly chat.The property is newly refurbished with tasteful colour schemes and furnishings throughout in a modern contemporary style.  

ACCOMMODATION: 

Entrance hall with stairs to first floor. Cloakroom withWC.Newly fitted kitchen with dining area. Access to rear garden.Spacious living room .The stairs to first floor have a hand rail either side. On the first floor there are three good size bedrooms,one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with a single bed.Shower room large shower enclosure with hand rails and hand basin. Separate WC.Outside there is a long drive with easy parking for two cars. There is a garage.Level lawn gardens to front and back. The back garden is enclosed with garden furniture.
