Harwood Dale is a beautiful detached house standing in private, secluded grounds and located in a peacesful, exclusive residential area with fabulous south westerly views over Bickwell Valley towards the Golf Course. The property offers versatile, spacious accommodation which is tastefullyfurnished and very well equipped throughout. There is alarge balcony overlooking the beautiful mature, secluded gardens.Sidmouth town centre, shops and beach are a short 10 minute walk down, a little longer back perhaps.

French doors to decking area with garden furniture overlooking the garden.Sitting room with comfortable sofas, fireplace with wood burner. Door leading to balcony and fabulous views from large picture window.Ground floor single bedroom with adjacent shower room with shower cubicle and WC. Stairs with half turn to first floor landing. There are four bedrooms.Master bedroom with lovely open views, king size bed, walk in dressing room and en-suite shower room with wc.Second bedroom with king size bed, third bedroom with double bed and fourth bedroom with single bed.Family bathroom with vanity unit hand basin. Separate WC. On the landing there is an open plan sitting area with sofa and TV ideal for children to play and read.Outside there is ample parking for three cars. The garden is a real delight with large lawn mature trees and shrubs. There is a large balcony off the kitchen and sitting room with quality patio furniture and views over the treetops.

18th March 2017-'You really have a lovely home! WE enjoyed our stay so much. We love Sidmouth and the surrounding area. We visited Budleigh and ate at "A Slice of Lyme" but Graze at Sidmouth is our favourite for lunch out. We are a family of four adults and we especially liked your three bathrooms and wi fi. The master suite and kitchen area are amazing as were the three TV's. We are keen gardeners and loved your beautiful garden and spotting the wildlife too. The weather was better than forecast so we had a great time. We would like to return in the summer. The Burgess Family from Bristol.
