Thimble is a beautiful, cosy cottage with an open plan living area and high-quality bathrooms. It forms part of a pretty row of similar cottages and has an enclosed rear courtyard

 An entrance hall. Spacious sitting room/dining room beautifully furnished with many homely touches. Victorian style fireplace with gas living flame fire. French doors to sunny enclosed courtyard with patio table and chairs, and side access for bike storage. Bright fully fitted kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Shower room with a double size shower and W.C, washing machine. Stairs to first floor. One good size bedroom with a super king 6' bed and fitted bedroom furniture and a further twin bedroom. Spacious luxurious bathroom with Victorian claw foot free standing bath, shower cubicle and W.C. There is a small private court yard and sitting area at the back of the property. Unrestricted roadside parking along the lane in front of the cottage. Alternatively, Jacobs Ladder long stay car park is a 5-minute walk away. Tickets are £25 per week and cover all East Devon council car parks.
