The owners have gone to great care in the furnishing and presentation of the accommodation with many thoughtful touches throughout.  There is private secure parking and a lift if required. The beach, shops and selection of restaurants and pubs are all within a few minutes level walk.

Stairs or lift to first floor.  Entrance hall with all rooms leading off.  Sitting room with patio doors to south easterly facing balcony with lovely views over Salcombe Hill and sea glimpses. Electric flame effect fire. Dining area. Very well equipped modern kitchen.  Spacious bedroom with quality Oak furniture and a king size bed with high quality feather and down bedding, man made bedding available on request. Luxury shower room with large walk in shower, hand basin and WC.
