Bakery cottage is a totally renovated cottage in the centre of East Budleigh, a beautiful East Devon village.The cottage is furnished to a very high standard with tasteful colour schemes and homely touches throughout. The village pub, the "Sir Walter Raleigh Arms", is just a minutes walk and serves local beer and great food. Woodbury Common, the River Otter and Budleigh Salterton are all within a pleasant walk through the countryside and lanes. This really is a quaint unspoilt Devon village with its ancient church and village school and shop run by the locals. 

ACCOMMODATION INFORMATION: 

An entrance door takes you into a spacious and tastefully furnished living room/dining room with original exposed beams. French doors go out to a secluded rear patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. There is a small summerhouse with a WC.Very well equipped kitchen with integrated appliances. From the living room stairs lead to the first floor. Spacious bedroom with double bed, fitted wardrobe with ample storage space. There is a further bedroom with a king size bed. Newly fitted modern, spacious bathroom with bath, separate good size walk in shower cubicle, wash basin and WC.

Changeover day: Friday

Wifi: Yes 

Pets: Accepter at £25 per week +£100 security deposit

Parking: Unloading in front of the cottage. Parking for visitors is free in the village car park just 50 yards level walk from the cottage. 

Towels: Included for 2019

Appliances: TV with freeview and DVD, hair dryer

NB Mobile phone signal in East Budleigh is not good

Kitchen utilities: Gas hob and fitted electric oven. Washing machine. Microwave. Dishwasher.Fridge and freezer. BBQ.

Child amenities: Cot, stair gate and high chair availbale on request for £10 per item

Unfortunately it would be most unusual for us to be in a position to consider a short break at peak holiday times, such as the October and February half terms or over the Christmas, New Year and Easter breaks.
